I have looked up threads about this before, and i will give some of the information other people had someone give them. When i go to run and go to MSCONFIG, here is what is in there-

STARTUP
-Realtek HD Audio Manager
-Adobe Updater Startup Utility
-AVG Internet Security
-Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit
-----------------------------------------
SERVICES
(I checked Hide all Microsoft services since if i didn't there would be so much to list, if you need me to uncheck it and tell you everything, i will, but for now, here is what i get, I am only listing things that are checked and have the status as running.
-AdobeUpdateService
-AMD External Events Utility
-AMD FUEL Service
-Apple Mobile Device Service
-AVG Firewall
-AVGIDSAGENT
-AVG Service
-AVG WatchDog
-Bonjour Service
-Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Service
-MBAMScheduler
-MBAMService
-Soluto Launcher Service (I don't want to disable any Soluto service)
-Soluto Remote Service (I don't want to disable any Soluto service)
-Soluto PCGenome Core Service (I don't want to disable any Soluto service)
-AVG PC TuneUp Service
-WSWNDA3100V2 (Pretty sure this is for my WiFi, i'm going to leave this one alone)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There is a list of all services that are running, and are checked, if you want a full list of services when i unchecked Hide all Microsoft services, tell me, and i will list them. I wouldn't be posting this if i didn't play as much games as i do, i would like to give as much ram as i can to the games, but i cant if almost half of it is being used up at idle. My system has a total of 5GB of ram, but i do have virtual ram, yes i know, virtual ram isn't that good, i have it just because, please don't tell me that there is basically no reason, i know that, i just had an empty hard drive laying around so i decided to use it for 50GB of virtual ram, and a flash drive that i used for 8GB of virtual ram. Only tell me i should remove it if that could be the cause of my system using so much ram (i doubt it is). If you need any other information, like system specs, etc, please ask!

Solution
Windows will always hog a lot of ram. For optimal windows performance get 8gb ram or more. Disabling virtual ram or playing around with it doesn't really help much, and can cause system instability.

From your list the only service I would disable is the Adobe updater. The rest is your antivirus and anti-malware, which you want to keep running at all times, and the AMD services which is hardware related. Apple and bonjour are related to apple services.
