I just installed a new graphics card and my PC won't turn on.

New graphics card: MSI GTX 970
Old graphics card: Asus GTX 660
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
Power Supply: Corsair TX650
(650W)
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K

I got a new graphics card today and put it in. I made sure the power was disconnected, I grounded myself and I made sure the graphics card was in right. I plugged my monitor up to it and fired my PC up to find that it wouldn't start. The fans and lights come on for a second then it turns right back off. I decided to see if it was just the new graphics card so I put in my old graphics and turned my PC on to find that the same thing happened. It was working fine before I replaced the graphics card. Any help?

Solution
Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute). Then, with no graphics card installed, connect the monitor to the onboard and see if working.
