Building a budget pc to run Witcher 3

Hey Guys I'm a relatively tech ignorant guy and need some help concerning building a PC. I have used my laptop for gaming but it is too weak to run next-gen games. I want to build a PC that can run Witcher 3, at something like 1080p 30+fps at least. I am willing to spend up to 800-900 $AUD.
Could you guys tell me if this is possible and recommend some parts

I've suggested a config that's $55 extra than the max $900 that you had requested for. I could've suggested you a config that would fit well within the $900 budget. But that may not have all reliable/durable components in that config.
