Windows 7 won't let me boot or reinstall!!!

Hi,
I have this ASUS X552E, AMD E1 processor, laptop, windows 7 installed. It won't let me clean install windows, start it in safe mode or anything...plz give me a fix...no problem if I lose data. Just want to reinstall windows 7/8.1.

Maybe a hard-drive problem, see if the BIOS has an option to run a disk check and see if ASUS has a bootable disk you can download and make to test the hardware. If not, a boot disk like Hirens or Ultimate Boot CD has programs to scan hard drives for errors.

Thanks a lot. How do I go to the menu for bios checking? It's not letting me to do anything...any keys I am supposed to press? I'll google it but just in case. Thanks again for the reply.

I see that it has been a while since this thread was last active, are you still having this problem?

I think it may be that i am just very tired but i found the opening question lacking information, can you please clearly describe in words what you are experiencing and what went wrong, then later explaining the things you have previously done to attempt to solve the issue and the result of it? That would be awesome! Good Luck!
