Good Streaming/Gaming PC?

I have found a build that I think may fit my needs as I am wanting to livestream over on twitch. Gaming would also be something I would want to do a little of (CS:GO, LoL) so I want to make sure it could run games along those lines decently. Ok here it is:

Intel core i7 4790 3.6 ghz
8Gb ddr3 ram
1 TB hdd
Intel hd4600
Windows 8.1

I would recommend to upgrade to a higher end gpu. The cpu is great, but the intel hd4600 will not get anywhere 60fps in any games on any setting. (Well depending on how demanding it is.)

Edit: I do have a extra gtx 650 ti laying around you may want to have. If you are interested in buying it just let me know. It is a good enterance card for a gamer.
