Yes, as long as you can install a OS, you can install the drivers at a later time (assuming you have another device you can download it on, because your NIC may not work). Just make sure you have the right model MOBO is all.

CD is usually not that important, the drivers are usually online, and the ones on the CD most times are outdated.
You don't mention the motherboard manufacturer, but I assume is a gigabyte, if so, then yes.

Make sure you know the make and model of your motherboard and any add-on card.
(video, sound, controllers etc....) that you might have.

I have the H77M GIGABYTE MOBO...the exact same one as listed in the link. Same REV number, same manufacture, same brand, same model.....

And yes, i have a 2nd PC to download the drivers from.

My only concern is will my computer boot up even though i did not install my mobo drivers??
