So I like both of these cases and they are right on budget, but not sure which one to go for:

I care more about build quality , cooling and space over looks.

Been a NZXT fan since I have built 3 computers with them. I will say I have never had a ventilation issue with the two full ATX and one mid I have built . Always good wire management, never temp issues, and room to work. I don't really expect much more. Can't speak from experience for Corsair.

I really feel like deleting that answer for not double checking specs. You are fine for both of those unit. In the specs for the case it will say what it supports. Your motherboard is a ATX, and both cases will cover that. Sorry I am slacking today apparently.

Edit: Also your PSU and GPU fits spec for the cases.
