Hey, I'm getting some parts together for a gaming PC and was wondering if there are any issues.

EVGA GeForce GTX 960
Intel Core i5-4460
GIGABYTE GA-B85M-D3H Intel Micro ATX Motherboard
CS550M PSU
BitFenix Neos ATX Tower
8GB (2x4GB) Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600MHz CL9 DDR3
DVD-RW
1 TB HDD
Window 8.1 64bit (already got)

Any problems there? If so, any suggestions on what to change? Budget of around £550

Everything seems fine, though i would go for EVGA 500B for PSU and H97 Anniversary. That PSU will work but not that good. Though that motherboard will most likely need a BIOS update with Haswell refresh CPU which you cannot do without a non Haswell refresh CPU. A H97 motherboard however will work out of the box. Or for 550 quid you can take +SSD option

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£139.97 @ CCL Computers)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£69.56 @ Scan.co.uk)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£45.83 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Kingston SSDNow...

The PSU is easy enough to change and if I change the motherboard to a ASRock H97 Anniversary everything will work straight away when put together? Thanks a lot

Yes if you take the H97 Anniversary everything will work, though I highly recommend you to get build that i suggested.
