Can i use integrated graphic ports on LGA1155 motherboard if the CPU have no integrated graphics

Hi.
My question is simple, just like into the title "Can i use integrated graphic ports on LGA1155 motherboard if the CPU have no integrated graphics"?
Motherboard Asrock H61Pro BTC and CPU Intel Xeon E3-1220L-specs here:

Can i use VGA/HDMI on this mobo, or i will get black screen with this CPU?

You will get a black screen. Those display connectors are meant only for CPUs with integrated GPUs, not Xeon chips.
