Specs:

Windows 8.1
Processor: Intel Core i7-5820k CPU 3.30 GHz 3.30 GHz
Installed memory (Ram): 24.0 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
GPU: GeForce GTX TITAN X on GM200-A (overclocked a little)
Drive: 353.30
PSU: AMD m620 (not sure
HDD: I only have 8 GB left can't figure out why my new hard drive won't install. It is shown on the computer as active. Don't know how to partition
CPU: Sorry, how do you check that again?

Okay. So, my computer has been crashing and it also has a lot of cookies. I have run benchmark tests getting great scores. For gaming though my games run at 30-45 fps. I am just wondering if I did something wrong because my computer is broken as heck. I mostly want to play Skyrim at 60 fps but I don't know how to fix my computer. I will answer questions or elaborate on my post if you have questions on my computer. BTW, I'm still pretty new to this stuff.

Edit: My screen has popups everywhere. Can barely type this, I'm sorry if I misspell. I sometimes am not able to even play Skyrim because of the lag, which sometimes can be extremely unplayable. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

Solution
Skyrim is the least of your concerns. Personally I would just reinstall Windows and get it over with.

If you are unable to do so, install some anti-malware software, i am sure somebody will stop by sooner rather than later to give you some recommendations. If you do reinstall windows, make sure to use an antivirus next time.

Do you recommend any malware software's. I don't have proper internet in my house at the moment. Right now I am using my phones 3g to connect myself to the internet using the PC.

Hi, thanks to you guys I have no cookies. I still have that question though. How can I improve my PC so I can get more fps on my Skyrim? I am new to this site too so is it right to leave my replies in this solution box or should I just right in my original post. Thanks to you guys who have helped me again. I have been having cookies on my computer since day 1 and thought that it was normal on a computer until you bought some computer security.
