I have P5KC Asus motherboard (Motherboard)
to which I put two 2GB modules of Kingston DDR3 RAM (RAM).
Before I purchased those modules I had 3GB (1GB + 2GB) DDR2 RAM and everything was working normally, but when I installed the new RAM the computer will not turn on,
ie. all the fans are turning and the HDD is running, but the computer does not beep at boot and nothing appears on the screen and it is impossible to enter the BIOS settings.
I also tried it with a single module installed, reseted CMOS, but nothing helps.
Does anyone what's the problem?

No, these are 2GB per module and my board should be compatible with that.

Where does it say that chips are 2Mb? Aren't they 256Mb?
Also why is then This memory compatible with my system and it's basically the same 256Mx64?
