Ok so i recently got back into the realm of pc gaming. and i was playing some battlefield 3 on high 1920x1080. i was getting good frames not sure how much but it never looked bad. and i noticed my CPU usage was around 82% the game and it went all the way up to 93% when it was a big part of the map with explosions and never below 75%. if there is some bottleneck of some sort could i fix it by getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 heat sink and overclocking my CPU. currently running a AMD Fx-4100 stock with a AMD 7850 also stock. If overclocking is the way to go which programs would be good? Any help is appreciated.

Solution
MSI Afterburner for your Radeon hd 7850 or use the AMD Overdrive in the AMD Cataylist software suite. . I used the AMD catalyst control Software to overclock a HD 6870 and it seemed to work fine and it has been improved since then.
As for your FX 4100, you going to have to refer to your motheboard manual and tweak some settings. No software I can recommend for CPU overclocks, though AI Suite is capable (Asus) i still recommend using the UEFI BIOS.
