Guys need help,Cpu powers on but no post, psu related problem? Tried reseating all of the hardwares but still no good

As the title said,my pc was all good before that then i tried installing ny new gpu,but sadly the gpu wont show any display,tried everything,changing the settings in the bios, but the after a few tries of tturning on and off the cpu,my pc wont post anymore, tried reseating everything again thinking that something just got loose, then it caught my attention that the atx_12v power connecyor in the board was heating up when im trying to turn on the pc,any tips guys?

The power supply is not designed to provide the 12V to the graphics cards as well as to another device.
The socket is heating up because you are creating a feedback loop between the two devices drawing the 12V and the output from the PSU time to buy a bettor PSU with a higher wattage.

You can not boot using a graphics card and an on-board VGA controller this causes conflict in the code and the result is, (to the BIOS), a corrupt system. Try flashing the BIOS and updating it first before you install any new graphics drivers, next as soon as you have the core drivers for your graphics installed check the clock in each graphics core and cuda core against an internet time server. This should have most your problems solved, when you get all the clocks synchronized install any other software.
To set the clock time go to device manager right click on your controller and click either properties, advanced or options
scroll down the list of settings, click on clock, just type in the time, hour, minute, second.
Some models may ask for the date as well
