I have a surfboard SBG6580 from Motorola
ISP is Charter
ASRock motherboard
My normal DL speed is 7.8 megabytes (not megabits) and upload is around 2 megabytes. just today mid CSGO match My packet loss spiked up to 33%. dont know why or anything to fix it. I pinged my router and got a response less than 1ms but then pinged google.com and got a ping of 60ms and packet loss rate of 25%. Any clue how to fix? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
