I have a $1600 budget for this build

First Question, I have chosen the Intel Core I5-4690k because I heard it is good for gaming and it works just as good as a I7 but I'm not sure. so If someone could tell me which one should I choose. Either the I5 or I7 or what processor would be best for gaming and why. I am also not planning on overclocking.

Second Question, I have chosen the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO because i really do not want my PC to heat up. I am not sure if I need it so if someone could tell me whether i need it or not. Should I just use the stock fan or what CPU cooler should I use.

Third Question, This is my first build so I do not want anything to not fit or not be compatible. I also want to know if all the components will fit the case.If someone could tell me the flaws to my build that would be great.

Fourth Question, I'am getting (2 X 4GB) memory cards. Would this be a lot of memory for a PC. Should i get another 2 encase or no?

Fifth Question, I keep hearing about how if you boot up your PC/Games with your SSD it is much faster. I don't understand how that works. If someone could please tell me what it is/means and also what is the process is to doing this cause I would love to boot up games in seconds. Also how does this work cause doesn't this mean your using your SSD instead of your hard drive or can you boot games with an SSD but still store games/movies on your hard drive.

Sixth Question, Do I need a sound card or does this mother board come with it? (Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard)

Seventh Question, Is (Acer H236HLbid 60Hz 23.0" Monitor) A good one for gaming. I'm not sure if it is so if someone could tell that would be great .

Sorry for all the question. I really want to know as much as I can so that I do not mess things up.

Solution
1) i7 is more expensive and has hyperthreading, which means it has 2 threads per core (basically thinks it has 8 cores as a quad core) and i5 is sufficient for gaming
2) its always better to not use the stock cooler, I would recommend the Cryorig H7
3) where's your PSU, other than that looks fine. Although if your going for 4k I would get the new r9 390
4) 8 Gigs is enough
5) Install windows onto your SSD and it will do it automatically, you can store whatever game/programs you use everyday on SSD and everything else on HDD
6) I don't know enough about sound cards
7) I take back the part about 4k earlier as I see this is 1080p, I would get one with a higher refresh rate for your 970

You dont need a separate soundcard, the mobo has onboard sound. Most modern mobos do

8 Gb ram is good enough. Just make sure you buy 64 bit windows to use most of it

Dont know about the CPU I dont game on mine. Thats what the Xbox is for

Up to you whether you want to use another cooler. I use the stock cooler. nothing wrong with it

If you decide to use another cooler, just make sure it doesnt get in the way of some component on the mobo. Since some of them can block a heatsink or something. If theyre too big.

And this may also cause some kind of prob (ie: the system may not turn on). If it blocks something when you install it

Dont know if the videocard you're getting will fit. I'm using onboard video, not a separate videocard

The diff between a hdd an an ssd is an ssd uses memory, a hdd is mechanical. One reason an ssd is faster for most things

Another is you dont have to or shouldnt defrag an ssd because of this. It may degrade it, if you do
