as in assassins creed unity correct? Well I dont have ACU, But I do have much more demanding games like Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, Metro Last Light, etc and i get a solid 60 fps at 1080p, maybe 45 on crysis 3 all maxed or at least very close.

Im not entirely sure of that specifically, but in honesty i wouldnt be to surprised to learn if that was the case. I had a 960 before i exchanged it for my 970. It was to much of an under performer for me. the 128 bit bus is a major mistake, it limits it in every way and if you have the 4 GB version i fell bad for you because that 128 bit bus cant handle 4 GBs, they shouldnt even really make it. Just gaming at 1080p though? you should be ok for most things, just not on high/ultra setting and not at spectacular fps
