Ram performance at different timings

My question is which speed is better the one listed below or if the memory frequency was 440 mhz and the timings being 6 6 6 which was what the auto OC in the mobo settings was doing by default, the setting below was through changing the OC to full manual and setting DRAM to auto.

Sorry in advance for the text wall and I dont know much about RAM.

I have been specifically playing arma 3 and getting a new memory allocation error, I am not sure if this is the Ram giving up as I have yet to memtest or from something else i have fiddled with.
