Hi,I'm using Acer Aspire V5-571 laptop since one year.Recently wen i was watching a movie in my laptop, it suddenly struck with making noise then i pressed power button for a second and noise gone when i released the power button again there was a noise.after this i hold the power button for some time to shutdown and restarted..it happened 2 times in a month...i dn't knw wt to do..Pls give me a solution..

Random lockups like that can happen, if it only happened twice so far I would not worry about it yet. When it locks up like that, just tapping the power button did not turn the system off. You need to hold it for a few seconds to shut it down.
