I have a corsair cmz32gx3m4a1600c9 ram and it only shows as 4gb in bios, windows, cpu-z

What does it show in CPU-Z, in the SPD next to Part number. Thinking the stick may be mis-labeled. The model number provided is for a 4x8GB set of DRAM
