Need Help With Liquid Cooling Layout (CPU & GPU)

I need help with the layout for my Liquid Cooling. I bought a Corsair 240mm Radiator for the CPU and a 120mm Radiator for the GPU (tired of listening to those GPU stock fans). My question is more about intake vs. exhaust. I've attached a picture of my options here: http://imgur.com/NvK7dbS.

So Option A or B?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Solution
Option B is slightly better as you're getting cool, intake air on at least one of the rads.

I've always laughed that they put 120mm closed loop coolers on graphics cards with a TDP over 150-200 watts.

The 128mm radiator at the front intake wouldn't create more hot air on the inside when it passes through?

:s Over my head with that one. This isn't an actual water cooler with a pump. This will be one of Corsair's prefilled systems.

Sorry to keep asking (probably stupid) questions. But here is my graphics card: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100362vxsr

It's pulling 250 watts. Would the Corsair H75 (http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-series-h75-liquid-cpu-cooler) keep it cooler than the stock fans? Is it worth it?
