What Have I Tried To Fix This Issue?:
- Uninstalling And Reinstalling All NVIDIA Drivers
- Installed Windows 7 With No Fix
- Downloading And Installing Most "Windows Updates"
- Using NVIDIA "Optimize Game" Feature
- Changing Settings Such As PC Resolution
- Overclocking PC +10
- Changing In-Game Settings Such As V-Sync And Resolution

Thanks Folks For The Help! :) Two Videos Of The Issue Will Be Posted Below Shortly.

Bump for support. I have reinstalled my operating system (Windows 8.1 Pro) and have reinstalled all the Nvidia drivers, but not Windows updates. I'll see if these games work now. If not, I'll update the rest of the PC drivers and windows updates.

If not, hoping somebody can give me an answer. I doubt the graphics card or processor is out, considering the fact I've only had this computer since Christmas. :/ Thanks again folks! I know this may not be the best card out there and I am considering getting a new one, but it should still be able to play the games at least shown above in the videos correct?

What is your current power supply? maybe it snot giving enough power to the CPU and the card for it to be able to render everything properly. have you also tried over clocking the graphics card to see fi that fixes the issue?
