When I use AIDA64 to stress test my "cache", I get hardware failure after about 5 seconds.

What exactly is my cache? And why is the test saying "hardware failure" after 5 seconds? Could this be causing the graphics driver crashing/game stuttering I've been experiencing? Are there other stress tests to try to confirm that my cache is fucked up? What can I do now? Thank you!

Edit: Restarted my computer and ran the test again and it was fine for 2-3 minutes, even stress tested everything available and it ran fine. No issues. Does this say anything about my PC?

My temps are all fine. CPU is idle at ~30C, under full load it doesn't ever get above 50-55C.

GPU hit 60C, everything else was fine.

Check out my edit in the OP.

I restarted my PC, stressed Cache individually and it went fine, didn't crash. Then I stressed the whole computer and it worked fine too. I guess restarting my PC fixed that but I think if my Cache is causing hardware failure like that then it could be fucking with my PC and I won't know when my cache is having these errors.

I assume you are over clocking quite a bit, I recommend NEVER using those benchmark programs to Stress test your computer: the key word here is STRESS. You are putting unneeded stress on your system just to verify that your overclock can run. Just run your games, apps, etc and save regularly. Note when/if pc crashes, if it happens "too often", turn down the OC.

You can run most games at a higher OC than you can run the Stress Test program

I wasn't testing an OC, I even reset the clocks to default so it's running at stock speeds now.
