Huge FPS drops in all games.

I need help urgently, ever since I've built my PC I have HUGE frame rate drops to like 5-10 fps in practically all games other than the less demanding games e.g minecraft and skyrim.

I've even put them on lower settings and still won't fix it.

None of my cores are parked either so it can't be that.

I have no viruses on my computer as I have checked almost a thousand times now, and I doubt it's from over heating as my cpu never really goes over 80 degrees, it usually stays within the 60-70 range and I highly doubt it's my GPU, but I could be wrong.

Another thing I have noticed that most people who have the same problem as me often use AMD cpu's

Any help will be appreciated/

GTX 760 DIRECTCU II

AMD 8350 - 4GHZ

8GB RAM 1600Mhz

So you're having the same issue where your frame rate is high then suddenly drops below 30 as well as the audio spazzing out?

It's annoying ain't it

Could it just be a hardware problem? I've only just built my PC so hearing this would physically make me cry as it took me so long to save up for this, I'm only 14 :/

i truly have no idea what it could be. as of now, ive cleaned pc, re thermaled cpu, bought a new gpu, updated all drivers, uninstalled completely nvidia drivers and reinstalled from scratch, took everything out of my pc, re seated it all, removed psu, cleaned each rail etc etc, updated all windows software, flashed bios, removed all unnecessary programs, virus scanned with kaspersky ( full and root scan ) downloaded and updates all drivers for my mainboard, tested hdds multiple times, tested ram with memtest and windows mem diagnostic, cleaned registry, ran chkdsk /f /r and sfc /scannow on the windows drive, checked temps, checked voltages, and still......nothing. i will try a fresh install of windows and see if this fixes the issue.. but what a mission to do so.
