Windows 7 System Recovery stop working. How i can clone my disk 2015?

How can I enable System Recovery in Windows 7? My SSD Migration tool looks like it disable it. I try to enable but looks like it do not start. Or there is other better solution since I can't enable System Recovery? Ghost 15 (old?) , Symantec System Recovery, Symantec System Recovery R2 (100$), Acronis True Image 2015(30$), clonezilla are good solution and compatible to imminent Windows 10? I wish to save my ssd disk from crushing.
