How much wattage do I need if I wanted to OC

Hello, I was considering overclocking my CPU to 3.7Ghz (Currently 3.3) and both my GPU's to 1150Mhz core and 1400Mhz memory. How much wattage would I need to support this rig? Links below! Thanks!

A good 850W supply would go well with this setup.

1000W or 1050W if you want some real head room to keep it below 80% usage (to keep the fan spinning slowly)
