PSU for sapphire vapor-x r9 280x ?

Hi guys !
-I am going to build a new rig with a Sapphire vapor-x r9 280x (2 fans) and I am thinking about a FSP SAGA – 650W for PSU. Is this PSU good enough for the card ?

-In my other build which is I7 4790k and Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming, using a Corsair GS800 PSU, is this PSU ok for this build ?

The first PSU you mention I've never even heard of. I would go with any of these listed PSUs from reputability companies that are know for their high quality power supplies. - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

For the second PSU you'll be just fine. The Maxwell architecture is very power efficient and even in SLI it has been shown to only draw total system power to 550W.
