What is the best graphics card for this computer.

I have a little brother that plays minecraft and roblox and some steam games like CSGO. I want to know the best card that will perform with this computer. And i just can't make up my mind what would be a good graphics card.
Specs
Processor- AMD phenom x4 9750 quad core
inigrated Graphics- NVIDIA GeForce 9100
Motherboard-M2N78-LA (Violet) Expansion Slots:
1 PCI Express x16 slot for graphics card
3 PCI Express x1 slots
Now I switched the old 300watt to 600watt cx corsair from a old gaming rig that I dont use.
Power Supply- Corsair cx 600watt
RAM- 8gbs of ddr2 memory

It may be better to strip out the case and replace everything. I used a 260x once with a phenom and ddr2 but I don't know how much better GPU you can get for that old of a system or with that CPU

r7 260x will be overkill. but because you have 600w so its good. if you want cheaper you could go for an r7 250x or even r7 240. if extremely low budget then go for GT 730
