I have another build with the same psu and cpu, and i can run games on ultra, can you tell me what will cause it to be on low setings.

The power supply doesn't affect gaming performance. It only provides power. If there's not enough power, then your computer just won't work. As for what I said earlier, I said ALL games, including the most demanding games and some next generation games.

Im actually changing up the build and adding an evga gtx 960 supersc 2gb, instead of the 750 titain

I am going to put in a evga gtx 960 supersc 2gb, will that make it better? Also i cant get the i5 cause its too expencive
