I recently built a PC and want to upgrade/add some parts to it.

My current build:
Intel i-5 4690K 3.5GHz
MSI GTX 960 2GB
2x 4GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 8.1 (planning to update to 10)
3x 160 GB HDD (RAID 0)
Corsair GS800 PSU

I'm using the computer primarily for gaming.

I'm thinking I want to buy a second GTX960 to run in SLI (there is a promotion to get Arkham Knight with the GPU, so it is essentially $60 I would be saving there). Would the performance boost be worth spending $120-$130? I've seen some benchmarks that do show a decent jump in FPS, but I'm wondering if it will last me a few years? Or if I'm going to want to upgrade to a 970 down the road?

I also want to get 4 more GB or RAM and a 250 or 500 GB SSD. How should I prioritize? Does my system need anything in order to keep up with games going forward?

I'd appreciate any advice and insight anyone might provide.

First, I always recommend a single better card (970), rather than a lower spec double solution. I would definitely prioritize the gpu first, then the SSD and finally the RAM. If you follow the priority, youll handle games even better than before.

So I should just save up for a GTX 970 and not bother with a 960 at all? I can't really afford the extra $120 for the 970, unless I can sell my 960?
