So I'm willing to spend 6 grand on a computer.
I want an i7 5960x and 4 gtx 980 ti's.
I already have OS and going to buy 3 4k displays from Samsung (not in budget)
Here is the pcpartpicker link: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BNFjkL
Feel free to modify anything and give me your advice.
Any help is very appreciated. Thanks

wait, you want to play in tri 4k?

sadly i doubt 4 980tis won't be able to do it. 4 titans might, if quad SLi scaled well, but almost nothing (games) support quad SLi. here are some suggestions...

Scale the monitor purchase back to 1440p screens. 2 or 3 980tis should be able to handle 3x 1440p. And frankly, any monitor smaller then 29 inches at desktop distances will look identical in 1440p or 4k.

with the reduction in 980tis being used, i changed around the SSDs to something magnitudes better then the two you were looking at. Finally, that corsair psu is insanely overpriced. i swapped it out for a great psu from seasonic, at 1/2 the cost. i also altered the case to one i think will probably be better for keeping your system...
