How hot should my CPU be running?

Hey guys. I've just build my first system over the weekend. It's a A10-770K. It seemed to run pretty hot while gaming (according to Specca 80-81 Deg). So I decided to upgrade from the factory heatsink to a Cooler Master T2. Nothing special but wanted to see if that'd help. Well as long as I'm not gaming it runs about 58-70. Once I start gaming it jumps up to 80. Just download HwInfo to see if it said same thing and after about 40 mins of NBA 2k15 It says my highest is 85.1 with average of 68.9. Every time I look at AMD overdrive it always shows I'm atleast 30 deg away from Thermal Margin.

So, are Speccy and HWiNFO accurate numbers? OR is the AMD Thermal Margin number the only accurate one? Am I being over worried? Should I buy another heatsink?

Thanks In Advance,
Jeffrey

I followed the directions on for both the AMD heatsink and the new Cooler Master heatsink. So I'm assuming I applied the paste correct but guess I could be wrong. Idk. Lol maybe I should YouTube it and see if I done the same.

it needs to be about a garden pea size blob spread evenly the thermal paste is just to bond the heat sink and processor too much and too little will result in temp being to high
