Currently, I'm just tore up that my computer's performance can't handle high-end graphic rendering. My hope/dream is to have a computer that will render video intense video games like FFXIV and CSGO at top quality.

Processor: AMD A4-4000 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.00 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
64-bit OS Win7
Motherboard: A88XM-PLUS
GPU: GTX 750 Ti
ST310005 28AS SATA Disk Device

If i'm forgetting anything please let me know. Thank you for your feedback.

Solution
From a high end gaming standpoint, both the CPU and GPU are low end. An upgrade to an Athlon X4 and better graphics card would do much. The rest of the system is ok-ish. Also, make sure you've got the video outputs connected to your graphics card and not the motherboard and that the integrated graphics are disabled in the BIOS if there is an option for it. It seems unlikely that the 750 TI can't handle the majority of tasks although it depends largely on what resolution you're using and if you're using the discreet graphics or the integrated graphics.

Download and run GPU-Z, take a screenshot of the main window and post it here.

You have a much older driver version installed it looks like but you ARE running on the 750 TI so that's helpful to know. I'd start with doing a clean driver installation using the most recent driver version and using the Wagnard tools display driver uninstaller prior to performing the installation of the new drivers. Take a read in the "clean drivers" section and see if that helps at all.

Most likely if you want decent high end performance you're going to need to go with at LEAST an Athlon X4 860k and a GTX 960 or R9 280x. If you're shooting for high or ultra 1080p settings in games like Witcher 3, GTA V or some of the upcoming releases, you're probably going to want a much higher end card like the GTX 970 or R9 290x, which of course are more expensive.
