My question is can I use my Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit to set up Roku 2 (stick with remote) on new Samsung LED tv which has two HDM1 and HDM2 + USB port. I tried Google Chromecast and it doesn't work. I only have air stations now (antenna) as cutting expenses. I think I need Windows 8 at least on laptop to use Roku 2.
