Looking to build AMD FX 8350 based system in the Corsair 380T need PSU and Motherboard

I am looking to build a system in the Corsair 380T using and AMD FX 8350, EVGA GTX 970, Samsung 850 EVO SSD , Seagate Barracuda 1 TB.
I currently have the graphics card and the drives. I have not yet purchased the FX 8350 because I started out with an APU but I want to upgrade but keep AMD for budget reasons. I need a motherboard for this case and a PSU. I have an EVGA Supernova 750 G2 but I am assuming it will not fit in the case right?
So finally I ask if anyone has any recommendations for a budget friendly but decent PSU and motherboard for this build. I would like USB 3.0 support and plenty of USB ports in general. I don't necessarily need any video out puts since I have the graphics card. I also plan to use 16 GB of RAM dual channel (Looking at G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM) but it does not have to be super fast.

I have found these two motherboards so far:

ASRock 970M Pro3 AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 + AMD SB950 6 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 6.0) AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

(Yes I did find the ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 USB 3.0 HDMI uATX AMD Motherboard but it looks like it has a bad track record)

I found this PSU:

CORSAIR CSM Series CS650M 650W ATX12V v2.4 and EPS 2.92 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply.

Thanks for all your help.

The Corsair 380t is a miniITX case so the FX8350 is pretty much NOT even an option. It was a terrible idea anyway.

I assume you want AMD because you are under the misconception that "AMD is better for a budget"? You are wrong. Intel is better at every single price range.

What is your budget?
