New PC build having trouble with Graphics drivers and MOBO

I recently built a new pc Specs include: CPU: Amd FX-series 8320 8 core black edition
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866MHz Desktop Memory Module
Harddrive: WD Blue 1TB Desktop 3.5 Inch SATA 6Gb/s 7200rpm Internal Hard Drive
PSU: Seasonic M12II 620 BRONZE ; SS-620GM2 80Plus Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)
CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower


When I am trying to install new drivers the screen will randomly go black and stay black until I will reboot it. From this point I have been stuck on what to do next and what order of drivers I must install.

I have just flashed the bios then tried the install again, the screen went black again when it got to installing amd display drivers so I just rebooted and restored to the point where I flashed the bios. Somehow I think it may have worked since now I'm running at full resolution except under display driver it still shows Microsoft basic display driver
