Asus X-555LN RAM problem

Greetings,

I have an ASUS X-555LN and recently, I have installed 4 GB of RAM. However, my computer is only detecting the 4GB of RAM pre-installed. When I booted the computer in BIOS, it was only showing the 4GB of RAM. I have tried the RAM in another Laptop and the sticks are functioning properly.

Is there anything I can do to make the computer utilize the the RAM? Or does the Motherboard only support the 4GB of RAM?

Do you mind If I can have a complete picture of your Bottom of the Laptop, and also I have found the exact ram you need for best performance http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-HyperX-Impact-1600MHz-HX...

It would greatly help aswell if you have cpu-z and could tell print screen the specifics of the SPEED and Memory settings Please so i can help you solve this as quick as possible.

When it comes to laptop ram like this you have to have the exact specifics, the voltage, the dimms, making sure its the same voltage, and a DDR3 SODIMM.
