I had a problem with my Intel Graphics being used instead of my GTX 960, and I disabled Intel Graphics without thinking, and I searched online and found out that I could reset CMOS by removing the battery and placing it back in. I turned off my PC and unplugged the power cord and all the USBs, and I opened my tower and removed the battery from my motherboard very carefully. When I placed it back in, positive side up, 10 minutes later, my PC made 3 strange vibration noises before staying a sleep mode and not turning on with a reset CMOS. I tried this 2 other occasions later in the day with the same process, but it still didn't work. How can I fix my PC?

Solution
Is there a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S300W$ connected to the motherboard?
If not, I suggest connecting one, starting the board with only CPU and CPU cooler installed and checking if getting any beeps.
