Cloned OS from my HDD to my SSD but windows won't boot unless it comes from the HDD

Well first off I have been running everything off of my 520gb HDD until I got a SSD recently and now I want to run windows, games, etc on the SSD. I downloaded the ISO of windows 7, extracted it onto an external hard drive, then began the custom setup to basically clean install windows. Except the setup downloaded Win 7 onto the HDD instead of my SSD. It compressed my old files into windows.old which I deleted because I personally wanted to clean install since this computer was used. Since it downloaded to the HDD instead of the SSD I cloned everything from the HDD to the SSD (about 30 gb of data including windows) using "EaseUS Todo Backup". Now having windows on my SSD I switched the primary in BIOS to the SSD and I get the error "insert disk, hard drive not detected". So I restarted, switched the primary back to HDD and it runs 100% fine. The main issue is that I don't have a windows install disc so I can't just choose "download to SSD". If anyone has an idea please feel free to help! :)

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, Znergy!

I'd recommend you to start the cloning process from scratch again, maybe even try using a different cloning utility. Since we don't know where exactly the cloning went wrong, I guess this is the best way to troubleshoot the issue. I can also suggest you a couple of links to look over and to use as guidelines in the process:

Good luck! Hope I was helpful! :)
