Unplug it now. Take it to a PC repair shop. Get it repaired.
but it is running in absolutely perfect condition ,only problem when we touch
1: DON"T TOUCH IT.
2: Call a electrician
3: touch some other conductive metal and see if you get the same effect.
4: If number 3 was a yes then CALL A ELECTRICIAN
where is problem in my pc or in my house wiring
the only possible way it would run fine is if your house has alot of static charge built up.
I'm not a electrician but I can tell you that if this happens when you touch other conductive materials then its a large build up of static electricity and it can be dangerous.
and if it truly was a "electric shock" then it would leave burn marks and most likely fry your entire PC.
in all likely hood its just a large build up of static, so what you thought was a "electric shock" was more likely a "static shock."
