Would my system and its current PSU be able to handle another MSI 970?

My System

Thanks in advance!

(sorry if this question is pretty pedestrian. As much as I have learned on here from all you wonderful people I have quite a ways to go)

The risks are not very high... It should work just fine. The only potential issue would be capacitors failing and you needing to replace the PSU, Very unlikely it will cause any other system damage if it does happen. It is a decent PSU i don't think you will have these issues. Unless you plan to run your system at close to 100% for hours at a time the PSU should last you years.
It seems to have good reviews, I'd be hesitant to put a second card on it though, If i remember correct the g1 uses lower quality parts and its the b2 and g2 that are the better models. This PSU also has 4 12 v rails so the power is split with 20a on each rail.

Can you explain that in laymans terms? And what are the potential risks then?
