According to PC Part Picker and Toms Hardware, the 290X draws around 300W each, so you'll want at least 750W total (the CPU draws around 80W, with other components being 50W tops, and you'll want to leave some headroom for PSU decay).

Its a good PSu but wanting it to power 2 280Xs is asking too much. You want a good 850w unit for that.
