I have tinnitus in both ears.
And for this reason I'm trying to build a PC as quietly as my wallet will allow.
Its going to be about 12 feet from me.
Only with this set-up.

Coolermaster Evo 212
HyperX Memory - Beast 2400 16 gig (not sure if that's relevant to this)
Corsair RM Series 850W
SLI MSI GTX 970 GAMING Twin Frozr (this was the point that concerned me)
Would the 2 stock fans in this case + one more, either front. or base be enough?
As I say I want to keep it as silent as poss, and more fans, more noise.
But dont want to be at risk it up for lack of them.
On one last point is a none windowed quieter than the windowed?
I would have thought so, but just wanted to check.
Again, any assistance would be great.
