First Time Building PC- Will this work?

Greetings. As stated, this is my first attempt at building a PC. Was going to go a Sager laptop, but evidently, desktop > laptop for games, esp. when cost is considered. Anyways, I have been getting lost on all sorts of forums and review sites, but I think I have... something. I have no keyboard or monitor as I am coming from a Dell Inspiron. My goal is to be able to play games on awesome settings. (And Fallout 4 is a for sure!) Also would be nice if it could have room for future upgrades. Would like to keep the total cost under $1400. I was using PCpartpicker to help create a list of what I have so far.

--- Updated ---

I have made a few changes based on feedback. PSU was changed. Added a wireless card, as I am not sure I will be able to get a wired connection to router. I also changed the motherboard to something that supports SLI. Which as I understand it allows for the use of two GTX 970 cards in the future. Maybe its not worth it though? If SLI is not worth investing in would the Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H ATX work well?

Any further advice or thoughts on the build would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here I made a couple of changes since some deals have changed since that build. No the Asus is NOT worth $108. That's crazy for a H97 motherboard.

Your build is great except for that psu. I fixed it. I also put it an ATX board since it fits.

Thank you for the quick reply! I see I had a micro ATX selected, a full size ATX is probably better? Will the brand of H97 ATX matter much if I do not plan on overclocking? And what is the importance of the change to the PSU.

No pretty much any H97 board will work. There aren't a lot of differences between microATX and ATX so that's not a big deal either. ATX boards have more PCIe slots, fan connectors, and stuff like that.

The psu you chose uses low quality parts so it's not very good.

Hey, sorry to bother you again, but I made some slight changes and was wondering if you could offer any further advice.

You said any H97 board would work, what do you think of the Asus H97 PRO- Gamer? I heard Asus make really good boards, but its also more expensive. Is there much difference between ASRock and Asus?

I also changed the fan for the front of the case, but its still a 140mm. Going to have it pull in air from the front of the case along with the stock top fan. Then use the back fan for exhaust.
