It was bad because it was Asus first time making a 144hz G-Sync 1440p monitor. It was one of it's kind. That's way there was so much hiccup and bugs and other defects in the product. But since it's out for such a period of time. I'd assume that the problems faced by the early users should be solved. So all in all it's a great monitor.
Cause the first batch had dead pixels on arrival and bleeding on the edge. But it was the first batch. If I'm not wrong Asus is going to release another gaming monitor soon as a sequel to the swift. I'm probably changing to that on my next upgrade.
