Over 5 months my Dell gx620 was not booting up ,it reaches the part to where windows 7 is on the logo loading and within 3 seconds it restarts,it keeps doing this over and over,I can't even get into safe mode because it doing the same any solutions,also the system has 3 gigs of ram that I bought new brand and processor Intel r pentium 4 CPU 2.80ghz ,windows 7ultimate
