How does it look? (Gaming pc)

Your buying ram that is too powerful for the board so your RAM will not function at peak efficiency. The board is capable of running at 1600MHZ which means your 2133Mhz ram will only run at 1600mhz. This isn't the fault of the board it's self, it's an intel thing.

Your also buying a Micro ATX board for a full sized case. you could, for the same price buy a better, full sized mother board which more than likely will give you more expansion room thanks to most having at least 2 PCIe x16 slots. Your board choice only has 1 such slot.

Basically, anything made by ASUS or MSI (imho the top two brands for MB's) and if you can save a few quid on buying 1600MHz speed ram then do so. Corsair "Vengeance" do a 2x4 GB kit of 1600mhz ram for about £40.

The CPU is perfect. Nice solid chip but you can't overclock it.

To clarify though; the parts you have listed will all work together fine (1080p/60fps Ultra High GTA V) if you decide to stick with what you have.
