Looking to buy a GPU that says 250a on the +12v rail. My PSU says " +12VA = 18.0A +12VB=16.0A +12VC=8.0A. Will this card work (EVGA GTX 660) Power Supply is 460W Dell AC460AD-01

Solution
No it wont, also Dell PSU's are low quality so stressing it is very likely to end in it going pop which carries the risk of damaging components in the PC.

Also if this is a Dell PC have you checked that the BIOS supports the 660. Dell motherboards often limit the accepted upgrade parts.
