No it wont, also Dell PSU's are low quality so stressing it is very likely to end in it going pop which carries the risk of damaging components in the PC.
Also if this is a Dell PC have you checked that the BIOS supports the 660. Dell motherboards often limit the accepted upgrade parts.

Dell do not make good quality PSUs. You should replace it.
Your card is a GTX660. It needs 24A on the 12v rail.
