So,due to my overclocking/age of my GPU,my screen keeps getting cut or the GPU hanging for no real reason,im pretty sure it's unfixable so i won't try to fix it anyway, but i found out that i can temporarly fix the screen cutting using my monitor's settings,by going into monitor setup and through that going into menu>display i can find horizontal, vertical, clock and phase settings, and through those horizontal and vertical settings, make my screen look atleast sort of okay, sadly it is not enough, the horizontal settings have a limit so i can't fix it 99% of the time, for those interested by what kind of "screen cut" it is,here is a video from my phone (because it can't be lighshoted) Here is the video of the problem (This is my actual PC,i recorded this with my phone.) So the question is,how to fix this? Also, any help on finding a program that could help me move my screen horizontally more would be very helpful.

What's your GPU? Also try to tone down the overclocking, You didn't make it clear weather your card is still overclcoked but I would recommend putting it back down to stock speeds and see if that fix's anything.

It is highly possible you are right, ever since i got my GPU (it's an MSI R6670 1GB GDDR5) i've been overclocking it to the maximum, everyday, every second, because it's such a weak card overclocking is the only way i can run games at ANY acceptable speeds these days anyway,i will try it though. After i set it back to stock i will play for a while and see what happens. The CPU is a AMD FX6300 that is not overclocked and im using 8GBs of 1333Mhz RAM.

UPDATE : The GPU is also 2.5 years old so im guessing that could be an issue as well?

I don't think the age has anything to do with it, I think the card is just worn out from all the overclocking. What I would recommend is you invest in a new GPU, such as an AMD 380, GTX 960, and maybe a 270x. I personally have the XFX 270x in my second rig and it overclocks great! I would say try to get a 270x on Ebay and then overclock, but either way I think it's time for a new GPU.
