First build, wondering about r9 280x bottleneck

So I'm building myself a new rig(first build also) and I have some questions: will my cpu bottleneck my card? Is it better to get a r9 280 with my specs? And is my psu good enough to handle this, I wont be overclocking, at least not in the near future. Here are my parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KDg2Mp . Thanks in advance!

no such thing as a "gold modular power supply"..... you mean like a Modular or Semi Modular 80+ Gold Power Supply?

If you can find one for the same price sure, it will make your build and the inside of your case look less cluttered and help with airflow a bit but it's not essential. The step up to a 80+ Gold rated PSU comes with a price premium.
