New Graphics Card Problem please help

So My friend just got a new Graphics Card a GigaByte GTX 750 Ti ,It took him ages to install as every time he powered on his computer it would beep 6 times so he kept restarting the Computer and eventually it booted he got all the drivers installed then he checked if it would boot straight away by restarting the computer and the problem then acured How could we fix this problem

oh ok im pretty sure there is a issue with the graphic card and the older hardware. your computer dosn't support uefi and the graphic card uses that to boot. i had a issue like this with a old dell precision 690 and that card. i don't know of any fixes though

I have tried, But it's not working. It worked for about 10 minutes until i restart the pc then a red light pops up and it doesn't turn on
